1. General Provisions

This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website tamler.shop, owned by Limited Liability Company “TAMLER” (Tamler LLC), TIN 00502202110266, legal address: Kyrgyz Republic, Chui Region, Lebedinovka village, Beregovaya St., 1, actual address: Bishkek, Bokonbaeva St., 101 (hereinafter, the Operator).

By using the website tamler.shop, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and give consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with its terms.

2. Personal Data Subject to Processing

The Operator processes the following personal data of users:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• telephone number;
• e-mail address;
• delivery address;
• payment details (to the extent necessary to fulfil the order);
• other information provided by the user voluntarily when using the website.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

3.2. Placement, processing and delivery of orders.

3.3. Settlements, accounting and tax accounting.

4.2. Personal data are stored for no more than 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless otherwise provided by law.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

5.1. The Operator may transfer data exclusively:

• to state bodies in the cases provided for by the legislation of the KR;
• to payment systems and banks — to process payments;
• to delivery services and logistics companies — to fulfil orders;
• to partners involved in the provision of service-related services (advertising, analytics), provided that they maintain confidentiality.

5.2. Personal data are transferred outside the KR provided that the recipient ensures adequate protection of the personal data.

6. Obligations of the Online Store

6.1. The Operator is obliged:

6.1.1. To process users’ personal data exclusively for the purposes of performing this Public Offer.

6.1.2. To obtain data directly from the user. If the data need to be obtained from a third party — to notify the user and obtain the user’s written consent.

6.1.3. Not to collect or process personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, state of health or intimate life.

6.1.4. To provide the user or their representative with access to the user’s personal data upon written request.

6.1.5. To ensure the storage and protection of data against unauthorized access, modification or destruction.

6.1.6. If errors or violations are detected — to block the data pending verification and, if necessary, to clarify or delete them.

6.1.7. To notify the user of changes made to the data and of their deletion or blocking.

7. Rights of the User

7.1. The user has the right:

• to receive information about the fact of personal data processing and about the purposes and methods of processing;
• to receive information about the persons who have access to their data;
• to change, clarify, restrict or withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
• to demand the destruction of their personal data upon withdrawal of consent, except in the cases established by law.

7.2. The user may change or delete their data through the personal account on the website tamler.shop or by sending a written request to the e-mail address: tamler.jewelry@gmail.com.

8. Confidentiality of Personal Data

8.1. Users’ personal data are confidential.

8.2. The Operator ensures their protection and does not allow their dissemination without the user’s consent, except in the cases provided for by law.

8.3. All employees who have access to personal data are obliged to observe the confidentiality regime.

8.4. Security measures apply to all information media — both electronic and paper.

8.5. Confidentiality is lifted only upon depersonalization of the data or in other cases provided for by the legislation of the KR.

9. Liability

9.1. The Operator is responsible for the personal data at its disposal and ensures the personal responsibility of employees for maintaining confidentiality.

9.2. The Operator’s employees bear individual responsibility for the safekeeping of information media and the prevention of data leaks.

9.3. The user has the right to file a complaint about a violation of this Policy at the address: tamler.jewelry@gmail.com. Complaints are considered within 10 working days.

9.4. Persons guilty of violating the rules for processing personal data are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
